Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic runs over TLS. Data stored in our managed Postgres database is encrypted at rest, including backups.
Isolation by default
Every business’s data is scoped with database-level row security. One customer can never read another customer’s leads, FAQs, or transcripts — enforced by the database itself, not just application code.
Hardened access
Authentication and sessions are handled by Supabase Auth with secure, HTTP-only cookies. Passwords are hashed with modern adaptive hashing; we never see or store them in plain text.
Minimal data collection
We collect what the product needs to work: your account details, the knowledge you upload, and the conversations visitors have with your widget. No ad tracking, no data brokerage, no selling.
Your data is yours
Your leads and knowledge are always visible in your dashboard. Need a copy of your data, or want everything deleted? Email us and we’ll remove it completely, promptly, and confirm when it’s done.
Widget safety
The public widget communicates only over authenticated endpoints with per-widget tokens, rate limiting, and strict content rules so the assistant answers from your knowledge — not from strangers on the internet.

Where is LeadReply data stored?
In Supabase’s managed cloud Postgres infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit, with database-level row security isolating each business’s data.
Does LeadReply train AI models on my business data?
No. Your FAQs, knowledge entries, and conversations are used to answer your own visitors only. We do not sell your data or use it to train models for others.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email help@leadreply.xyz to request a copy of your data or complete deletion — we process requests promptly and confirm in writing.
