Questions
Webflow + LeadReply
- One snippet works on any plan or theme
- Loads asynchronously, so page speed is unaffected
- Answers come only from your own FAQs and knowledge base
Does the LeadReply widget work on Webflow?
Yes. The widget is one asynchronous script tag that runs on any platform where you can edit HTML or paste custom code — including Webflow.
Will the chat widget slow down my Webflow site?
No. The snippet loads asynchronously after your page content, so it does not block rendering or measurably affect load time.
Can I customize how the widget looks on Webflow?
Yes. You can match your brand colors, greeting, and tone from the LeadReply dashboard; Premium plans also support full white-labeling.
